Chicken Salad with Olive Mix and Green Chilis

This is an ideal and easy chicken salad for sandwiches. I often also wrap in a flour tortilla for an on the road meal.

12.5 oz can of White or Mixed Chicken
Sliced green and black olives to taste
( I used 6-8 I bought at Central Market Dallas)
3 Tbs chopped green chili from can
3-5 chopped fresh green onions
2-3 Tbs Mayonaise

Combine all ingredients and mix well and refridgerate for next day’s use.
