- Pizza Crust mix or premade
- Central Market Italian Sausage Links, boiled cooled and sliced
- Basil Pesto Sauce
- Shredded Italian Cheese Blend
- Sliced Tomatoes
- Sliced Olives – green or black
First prepare your sausage links. I used Central Market fresh Sweet Italian Chicken Sausage but there are other choices. Boil, cool, and slice.
For this pizza I used one of the commercial crust mixes. You can also use your own or buy one of those large pre-made bread crusts. After pre-baking the crust (per instructions) I spread with an Italian blend shredded cheese and then topped with a commercial Basil Pesto Sauce. Next time I might reverse these steps as it was difficult to spread the sauce on top of the cheese. Then top your pizza with tomato slices, sausage link slices, and sliced olives. Bake at 450 until ready, follow baking directions on pizza crust package.
