Say last night you have a little leftover pasta sauce, not enough for a another full meal but an ideal amount for pizza sauce. What do you do for breakfast the next morning?
First make some waffles. I used Nana Cakes Multi-Grain Waffle Mix
In retrospect I suggest baking waffles about half time, enough to be able to remove from the iron, but not fully baked. Then spread you leftover pasta sauce on desired number of waffles, add ingredients (I just added fresh oven roasted green chili) and cover with grated Italian cheese blend. Bake in 400 degree oven for about 8-10 min.
